Being in social media means always being in a fast paced world. Networking, socializing, anything you can think of, all happening at the same time. I never thought in the 4 years that I blogged anonymously that I would ever do it publicly; let alone make real friendships. I started publicly blogging in Nov. 2009 and immediately things were different, I was me! No longer hiding, I was open and it felt great.
This year has brought so many different challenges in my life, as a Mother, a Wife and as an adult. I have lost Faith in many people, met new friends, lost loved ones, and been through what many have described as H.E “double hockey sticks”. Many times I have not thought I could make it through certain things, of which I will gladly blog about in the future.
Do you want to know something? I had never in my life witnessed as much love and support from strangers as I have since blogging. I am so thankful for the beautiful friendships I have made, with people I have never even met in real life! Especially this week, we have been going through some major problems with my Daughter and her abusive teacher. this is a previous post regarding the issue. and you can also catch snippets of rants on my FB page during this week. I will indeed write a post about it, I just have not been able to control my emotions enough to deal with it just yet. I posted just a tiny bit of emotions regarding my Daughter, without even saying the real horror that happened, and the support and love I received from friends that I have only known through blogging was overwhelming. My CB Family has also been there for me, and always full of love 😉
I was not trying to make this too long, I wanted to come by and share with my new readers/friends that I am grateful and appreciate everyone of you for being a part of my life, and thank you to my older friends/readers for always being there for me. I can never thank you enough for showing me such immense love and care.
You are all proof that real friends aren’t the ones you go have a drink with, real fiends are the ones that are constantly there with love, support, encouragement, even if you don’t post for 2 weeks at a time 😉
